Il problema
Finding a notice is easy. Working out whether it suits your business is where the time goes.
Generic alerts mix viable tenders with weak keyword matches.
People who should assess opportunities end up hunting for them.
Eligibility, geography and experience issues are often found only after time has already been spent.
Come funziona
No new dashboard to learn. No long onboarding call.
Share your services, regions, preferred contract size and clear exclusions in a short written setup.
Technology monitors public procurement sources and organises possible matches against your profile.
A real person checks scope, geography, value, deadline, eligibility signals and obvious commercial risk.
You receive the opportunity, why it was selected and a clear recommendation to review, pursue or pass.
La differenza
TenderNudg is a managed tender-intelligence service, not a self-serve feed. Software narrows the market; human judgment decides what is worth showing you.
“The keywords match. Does the opportunity make sense for this business?”
01Does the scope match the work your team actually delivers?
02Are the geography, value and deadline commercially realistic?
03Could eligibility or experience requirements block the bid?
04Is there enough reason to give this opportunity attention now?
Cosa ricevi
A concise opportunity brief, delivered by email as worthwhile matches are confirmed.
Official notice, always linked.
Every shortlisted opportunity points back to the procurement source. TenderNudg adds screening and context — the official documents remain the source of truth.
Hi James,
We reviewed this week’s procurement matches against FireSafe’s profile. Three look genuinely worth your attention.
01 — High priority
Why it stands out: Fire-alarm installation and maintenance work in your target region and contract range.
One thing to check: Comparable public-sector experience may be required.
Best,
TenderNudg Briefs

It is a managed B2B tender intelligence service. Technology monitors and organises the market; a person reviews the shortlist before you receive it.
After you start your trial through Stripe, you’ll be redirected back to TenderNudg to complete a short onboarding form. We’ll ask for the key information we need to understand your business — what you do, where you operate, the kinds of contracts you want, your preferred contract sizes, relevant qualifications and anything we should exclude. We use that information to configure your monitoring profile and begin reviewing opportunities for you. You do not need to set up a dashboard or configure tender searches yourself.
A concise email brief for each shortlisted opportunity, including the source notice, fit and priority, why it was selected, visible eligibility or risk signals, and a review, pursue or pass recommendation.
Tender notices are continuously screened against your monitoring profile. We select the opportunities most relevant to your business and normally email the strongest matches twice a week. If an exceptional or time-sensitive opportunity appears that should not be missed, we send it immediately.

No. TenderNudg uses technology to scan, screen and organise the tender market, then a real person reviews the shortlist before delivery. This reduces the manual search workload and the potential cost of overlooking a strong opportunity, but no service can guarantee an award. The outcome ultimately depends on your company's eligibility, experience, pricing, submission and the procurement process.
We do not write or submit bids, verify every requirement on your behalf, or provide legal, financial, technical or procurement advice. Official documents must always be checked at source.
Your profile is used to configure and deliver the service. We do not sell personal information. Our Privacy Policy explains how business information is handled.
Simple pricing
Start with a short written profile. We configure the monitoring and send the first reviewed opportunities—no sales call required.
