1. Controller and scope

The business operating TenderNudg acts as controller for the personal data described in this policy. Privacy questions and data-rights requests may be sent to desk@tendernudg.com. This policy covers website visitors, business enquiries, trial users, clients and their business contacts.

2. Data we collect

  • Identity and contact data, such as name, role, business email and telephone number where supplied.
  • Company and service-profile data, including services, regions, target contract values, exclusions and procurement preferences.
  • Account, order and billing information required to administer trials, subscriptions and invoices. Full payment-card data should be handled by the selected payment provider, not stored by TenderNudg.
  • Correspondence, support requests, feedback and service instructions.
  • Limited technical data, such as IP address, browser, device, security logs and essential cookie information.

3. How data is collected

Data is collected directly from you through forms, email, onboarding and service use; automatically through limited website and security logs; and, where appropriate, from public business sources or an authorised colleague at your organisation.

4. Purposes and lawful bases

Provide the trial and serviceContract or steps requested before contract
Configure monitoring and prepare briefsContract and legitimate interests in delivering a relevant B2B service
Billing, records and complianceContract and legal obligation
Security, support and service improvementLegitimate interests
Direct marketingConsent where required, or legitimate interests for appropriately targeted B2B communications with an opt-out

5. Sharing and service providers

We do not sell personal data. Information may be shared with contracted providers for hosting, email delivery, payments, customer support, analytics where enabled, security and professional advice. Providers may process data only for agreed purposes and under appropriate contractual protections.

6. International transfers

If personal data is transferred outside the UK or EEA, appropriate safeguards will be used where required by applicable law, such as an adequacy decision, approved standard contractual clauses and an appropriate transfer assessment.

7. Retention

Data will be kept only as long as needed for the relevant purpose and in line with applicable legal, accounting, tax, contractual and operational requirements. Inactive marketing contacts should be deleted or suppressed when no longer justified.

8. Security

Reasonable technical and organisational measures will be used, including access controls, least-privilege permissions, protected transmission, supplier due diligence, backups where appropriate and incident-response procedures. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

9. Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to processing, receive portable data, withdraw consent and complain to the relevant supervisory authority. Requests should be sent to the contact email above. Identity may need to be verified before a request is completed.

10. Marketing, children and updates

You may opt out of marketing at any time without affecting service messages. TenderNudg is a B2B service and is not directed to children; we do not knowingly collect children's data. Material policy updates will be dated here and communicated where required.

Nutzungsbedingungen

Last updated: 22 August 2026

1. Parties and business use

These terms govern the supply of TenderNudg to the business named in the accepted order or subscription confirmation. The service is offered for business use only and is not intended for consumers.

2. Service description and boundary

TenderNudg provides AI-assisted monitoring and human-reviewed opportunity briefs based on a client-defined profile. It supports tender discovery and initial commercial screening. It does not include bid writing, bid submission, legal review, technical due diligence, financial advice or procurement advice unless a separate written agreement expressly says otherwise.

3. Setup and delivery

The client supplies accurate services, regions, contract preferences, exclusions and contact details. TenderNudg may ask written follow-up questions and may refine the monitoring profile during the service. Delivery frequency may vary with the agreed digest setting and the availability of worthwhile opportunities.

4. Client responsibilities

  • Check every shortlisted opportunity against the official notice and procurement documents.
  • Confirm eligibility, requirements, amendments, deadlines and submission instructions.
  • Make independent pursue-or-pass and bid decisions using appropriately qualified advisers where needed.
  • Keep supplied information accurate and use the service lawfully for internal business purposes.

5. Free trial, price and renewal

The advertised trial lasts seven days and carries no service fee. Paid service begins only after the client confirms continuation and provides any required billing information. The standard price shown on the site is €149 per month unless a different order is agreed. Once continued, monthly subscriptions renew until cancelled. Taxes, invoice timing and payment method must be confirmed in the order or checkout before launch.

6. Cancellation and refunds

The client may cancel at any time by the stated account method or by email. Unless the order says otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. Amounts already paid are non-refundable except where required by law or where TenderNudg agrees otherwise in writing. The trial can be ended without charge.

7. No award guarantee and verification duty

TenderNudg does not guarantee that every relevant opportunity will be found, that a shortlisted opportunity will remain available or suitable, or that any bid will be successful. Procurement authorities may amend or withdraw notices. The official source always takes priority over a TenderNudg brief.

8. Intellectual property and permitted use

TenderNudg retains its rights in the service, methods, templates, branding and original brief format. The client may use delivered briefs internally for its own commercial assessment. Resale, systematic redistribution, scraping, reverse engineering and removal of proprietary notices are prohibited unless permitted in writing.

9. Confidentiality

Each party should protect the other's non-public business information and use it only to perform or receive the service. This does not cover information already public, lawfully obtained from another source or required to be disclosed by law.

10. Availability, warranties and liability

The service is supplied with reasonable care and skill, subject to the limitations in these terms. Public-source availability, third-party systems and market activity are outside TenderNudg's control. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law, and nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Suspension and termination

TenderNudg may suspend or terminate service for material non-payment, unlawful or abusive use, security risk, material breach or where continued supply becomes unlawful. Where reasonable, notice and an opportunity to remedy will be provided.

12. Governing law, complaints and changes

The applicable governing law and competent jurisdiction will be stated in the client order or contract before paid service begins. Client-support requests and complaints should be sent to help@tendernudg.com and will be acknowledged within a reasonable period. Because the service is B2B only, consumer withdrawal and consumer ADR procedures are not intended to apply.

Haftungsausschluss

Always verify at source.

Official scope, values, eligibility rules, amendments, documents and deadlines must be checked against the procurement authority's current notice.

Screening support, not professional advice

TenderNudg briefs provide general commercial information for discovery and initial screening. They are not legal, procurement, financial, tax, technical or bid advice and should not replace independent review by appropriately qualified people.

No completeness or success promise

We aim to identify useful opportunities, but do not promise that every relevant notice will be found or that every shortlisted notice will be suitable. Fit labels, risk signals and recommendations are screening aids based on available information and the profile supplied by the client; they are not guarantees of eligibility, competitiveness or award.

Third-party information and availability

Procurement information may be incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, amended or withdrawn by its publisher. TenderNudg is not responsible for procurement-authority changes or for temporary website, source or delivery interruptions outside its reasonable control.

Cookie-Richtlinie

Current approach

The public website is intended to use only cookies or similar storage strictly necessary for security, routing, consent memory and core functionality. Cookie names, providers, purposes and durations may change when website tools change and will be reflected here where applicable.

Cookie categories

  • Essential: required for security, page delivery, form operation or saved privacy choices. These do not normally require opt-in consent.
  • Analytics: used to understand website use. These should remain disabled until consent where local law requires it.
  • Marketing: used for advertising or cross-site tracking. TenderNudg should not activate these without a clear need, appropriate disclosure and valid consent.

Consent and withdrawal

If non-essential technologies are introduced, visitors will be offered an equally clear accept and reject choice before those technologies run. Consent may be changed or withdrawn through the site's cookie settings. Cookies can also be blocked or deleted in the browser, although essential features may then be affected.

Zulässige Nutzung

You may use TenderNudg only for lawful internal business purposes. You must not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with service operation, introduce malicious code, misuse another organisation's information, use the service to breach procurement rules, resell briefs, systematically redistribute content, or use automated means to extract the service without written permission.

Reasonable use limits may be applied to protect service quality and third-party rights. Suspected abuse may be investigated and access may be restricted or suspended in line with the Terms of Service.
