Human-reviewed tender intelligence

Find the right tenders.
Skip the rest.

TenderNudg monitors public procurement, uses AI to surface potential matches, then has a real person review each shortlist before it reaches your inbox.

A managed service for specialist firms—not another tender dashboard.

Practical business impact

Spend less time finding work.
More time deciding well.

8–14 hrs

Potentially reclaimed each week

Time otherwise spent manually searching, filtering and reviewing tender opportunities.

Monthly staff-time equivalent

Illustrative monthly labour-cost equivalent based on 8–14 hours of weekly tender-search activity and current European labour-cost benchmarks.

100%

Human-reviewed before delivery

Every opportunity we send is checked by a real person before it reaches the client.

Illustrative benchmarks, not guaranteed savings. Actual results vary by company, market, staff costs and existing workflow.

The problem

Portals provide notices.
Not judgment.

Finding a notice is easy. Working out whether it suits your business is where the time goes.

Facilities frameworkOutside our client’s service scope
Regional maintenance contractWrong operating region
Fire detection upgradeRelevant. Reviewed. Worth attention.

Relevant work gets buried

Generic alerts mix viable tenders with weak keyword matches.

Research steals bid time

People who should assess opportunities end up hunting for them.

Risks surface too late

Eligibility, geography and experience issues are often found only after time has already been spent.

Public portals tell you what exists. They do not tell you what deserves your time.

How it works

A managed process.
Four clear steps.

No new dashboard to learn. No long onboarding call.

01
01

Define what fits

Share your services, regions, preferred contract size and clear exclusions in a short written setup.

02
02

Scan the market

Technology monitors public procurement sources and organises possible matches against your profile.

04
04

Send the brief

You receive the opportunity, why it was selected and a clear recommendation to review, pursue or pass.

The difference

AI scans.
A person checks.
You decide.

TenderNudg is a managed tender-intelligence service, not a self-serve feed. Software narrows the market; human judgment decides what is worth showing you.

“The keywords match. Does the opportunity make sense for this business?”

01Does the scope match the work your team actually delivers?

02Are the geography, value and deadline commercially realistic?

03Could eligibility or experience requirements block the bid?

04Is there enough reason to give this opportunity attention now?

What you receive

Enough context
to make a decision.

A concise opportunity brief, delivered by email as worthwhile matches are confirmed.

Official notice, always linked.
Every shortlisted opportunity points back to the procurement source. TenderNudg adds screening and context — the official documents remain the source of truth.

Who it is for

Built for firms that want public work.
Not more admin.

Best suited to specialist contractors and growing businesses with a clear offer, target geography and realistic contract range.

A good fit if

You know the services and regions you want to pursue.

Tender monitoring currently falls to busy commercial or operational staff.

You want a shortlist with context, not another database.

Not the right fit if you need

— You need a full bid-writing and submission service.

— You expect legal or technical procurement advice.

— You expect a guarantee of winning public work.

Is TenderNudg software or a service?+

It is a managed B2B tender intelligence service. Technology monitors and organises the market; a person reviews the shortlist before you receive it.

What happens after I start the trial?+

After you start your trial through Stripe, you’ll be redirected back to TenderNudg to complete a short onboarding form. We’ll ask for the key information we need to understand your business — what you do, where you operate, the kinds of contracts you want, your preferred contract sizes, relevant qualifications and anything we should exclude. We use that information to configure your monitoring profile and begin reviewing opportunities for you. You do not need to set up a dashboard or configure tender searches yourself.

What exactly will I receive?+

A concise email brief for each shortlisted opportunity, including the source notice, fit and priority, why it was selected, visible eligibility or risk signals, and a review, pursue or pass recommendation.

How often are briefs sent?+

Tender notices are continuously screened against your monitoring profile. We select the opportunities most relevant to your business and normally email the strongest matches twice a week. If an exceptional or time-sensitive opportunity appears that should not be missed, we send it immediately.

Do I need an onboarding call?+

No. The service can be configured from a short written profile covering services, regions, contract range and exclusions. If something is unclear, we will ask by email.

What happens after the free trial?+

There is no charge during the seven-day trial. If you choose to continue, the service is €149 per month and can be cancelled at any time.

Manage or cancel your subscription securely through Stripe. Manage subscription

Do you guarantee that I will win a tender?+

No. TenderNudg uses technology to scan, screen and organise the tender market, then a real person reviews the shortlist before delivery. This reduces the manual search workload and the potential cost of overlooking a strong opportunity, but no service can guarantee an award. The outcome ultimately depends on your company's eligibility, experience, pricing, submission and the procurement process.

What is outside the service?+

We do not write or submit bids, verify every requirement on your behalf, or provide legal, financial, technical or procurement advice. Official documents must always be checked at source.

How is my business information handled?+

Your profile is used to configure and deliver the service. We do not sell personal information. Our Privacy Policy explains how business information is handled.
